The use of Plural is subject to the following terms and conditions

How you enter a contract

As soon as you make a reservation to use Plural services, you are regarded as a Plural member and will gain access to your personal Plural page and internal communications. However, we only charge members from the day when they selected their first items. Through making a reservation you commit to select your first items as soon as we invite you to choose those initial garments.

How the subscription is billed and how to cancel it

Plural subsciptions are split in a per-garment subscription fee and a base membership fee, which are both charged monthly. We deduct the total subscription fee each month from the payment method that you selected when choosing your first garments.

Per-Garment Fee

Plural garments are rented to you with a minimum use time of six months. After six months, you can end your subscription any weeky with at least one week of notice.

Base Membership Fee

The base membership fee is charged regardless of how many garments you rent out. You can end the base membership at earliest on the day you give back your last item.

What we buy new, and what you get from our stock

Plural is about extending the use time of an existing garment as long as possible. We reserve the right to decide from where to source a garment for you. In general, we will try to serve your rental request through our storage stock. If that’s not possible, we will get the item from a trusted source, e.g. the original brand, a retailer, or a second hand store. No matter where it’s coming from, you can expect to get a garment that is in a good condition and properly cleaned.

We also maintain the right to decide which brands and garments are integrated into the general collection that you can choose from.

Changes in Plural

Plural is continuously developing its services to improve quality and customer experience. Therefore, we may change and adapt our offering accordingly over time. These changes might also induce a change of price. In this case you will be informed 2 weeks in advance and have the option to opt out of the service if we have a significant change, regardless of your actual contract length.

Plural for Brands

When brands enter a collaboration with Plural, they are subject to the extended Terms & Contitions intended for business partners. Payouts, guarantees and expectations are clarified there.
